Ingredients

    1 Bag Pictsweet Oriental Style chinese Vegetable Stir Fry
    2 12 oz bags Imitation chunk Style Crab Meat

Directions

Spray dutch oven or non stick frying pan with Pam. You can add a little oil to keep it from sticking if desired. Add frozen vegetables and imitation crab meat. Cook on medium to low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
(Rice is not figured in to calorie count)
The directions on the bag called for adding a cup and a half of water but I left that out so it would be more like a glaze on the veggies and crab.
This made 6 1-cup servings.
