Ingredients

    egg white, fresh, 5 large (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 6 oz (remove)
    Thomas' Original English Muffin, 6 serving (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Milk Plain Light, .12 cup (remove)

    optional (not included):
    salt, pepper, garlic, tabasco for eggs
    italian seasoning on muffins
    breakfast meat

Directions

mix egg whites, soy milk, any seasoning/tabasco together
Poor into lightly greased muffin pans
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
meanwhile, layout english muffins on a cookie tin,
soften smart spread and place on inside/outside of muffins. sprinkle with italian seasoning
toast in oven for about 10 minutes

When all is done, make your sandwhich
Mash down the egg so it takes up more space on the bun

breakfast meat optional
