Ingredients

    1 cup olive oil
    1cup white vinegar
    6 cloves of garlic (raw)
    12 raw jalapenos (or serranos)
1.5 TBSP of chicken bouillon powder

Tips

Adjust amount of garlic to taste. Use whichever peppers you have available (fresh). Can easily cut recipe in 1/2 in case you don't need much sauce. Use with chips, on eggs, or as a sauce for any Mexican dish.

Directions

add all items to a blender or food processor, and chop/mix till smooth. Should be a light milky green color. Amount of heat will depend on the peppers you use. Store in fridge. Can likely keep up to a week or so. This is a very quick and easy recipe.

Serving Size: makes roughly 4 cups of sauce, estimated serving size is 1/8 cup

Number of Servings: 32
