Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

Peter Pan Peanut Butter- Whipped, 17.6 tbsp (remove)
Designer Whey Protein Powder- Natural, 130 gram(s) (remove)
Dannon, Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Vanilla Cream Yo..., 1 serving (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa, .5 tbsp (remove)
Lindt 90% Cacoa Chocolate Bar 4-Squares, 2.5 serving (remove)

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients, excluding the dark chocolate, into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until combined. If the mixture is a little too dry, add a little more yogurt to achieve a consistency that can easily be rolled and patted into bars.

2. Form twelve small bars and place on a tray lined with silicon paper or foil. Place in the refrigerator or freezer to firm up for about 3060 min.

3. Melt 70 grams of the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over gently simmering water. When melted and smooth, take off the heat and stir in the remaining 30 grams of chocolate until melted, smooth and cooled slightly.

4. Dip the bars carefully into the chocolate and turn over to coat, working quickly but carefully. Place each bar on to the lined tray and allow the chocolate to set at room temperature. Once set, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
