Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz. salmon fillet
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    1/4 up sugar free apricot preserve

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
wash salmon fillet and place in a baking pan
boil the apricot preserve and teriyaki sauce until it comes to a rolling boil. Keep stirring so it will not stick to bottom. The apricot with not completly boil.
When finished boiling, pour sauce over salmon and put in oven for 45 minutes.

* You can add small potatoes with the salmon for the vegatable.
