    Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 4 serving(s)
    Yambean (jicama), raw, 1/2 cup
    Walnuts, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Lime Juice, 1 TBSP
    Orange Juice, 1 fl oz
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 0.5 TBSP
    Olive Oil, 3 TBSP
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
