1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries, can use frozen - leave out sugar if use frozen
1 teaspoon dijon or honey mustard (honey mustard gives it a really nice flavor, leave out the sugar)
2 Tablespoons balsalmic vinegar
Salt and pepper - dash or to taste
Splenda or similar no calorie sweetener to taste - most of the time not needed. Taste before adding.
This recipe is really good with honey mustard but hard to find it without a lot of sugar so ups the calories if used.
Makes 4-8 (2 Tablespoon) servings
