Cake Batter Truffles

Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 cup yellow cake mix
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2-4 tbsp almond milk
    1/4 cup sprinkles

    16 oz almond bark
    More sprinkles for decorating

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, cake mix, salt and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Add almond milk until dough comes together in a ball and you're able to roll into balls without it crumbling.
Roll the dough into 48 balls. Place on wax covered cookie sheets and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Melt almond bark according to package. Use a fork to dip each dough ball in the bark and then put back on cookie sheet. Decorate with sprinkles.
Store in the fridge.
