Ingredients

    1 1/4 c flour
    3/4 corn meal
    1/4 sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 cup whole milk
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/2 cup canned corn

Directions

Preheat Oven to 400
Combine dry and wet ingredients seperately.
Mix together.
Bake in 12 tin muffin cups for 12-15 minutes.
