Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 3 oz
Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp (
*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 2 tbsp
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Cook pork chop until almost done.
Mix together salsa & cream cheese & put on top of pork chop.
Cover pan and let cream cheese/salsa mixture melt.
