1 pound cod fillets/pieces
3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
1/2-2/3 cup club crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
MELT the butter in a bowl large enough for the biggest piece of fish
COMBINE the cracker crumbs, cheese, basil and garlic powder in a bowl large enough for the biggest piece of fish.
DIP the fish in the butter and then the cracker crumbs. Place on a baking sheet.
BAKE for 15-20 minutes until the fish is flaky.
