Ingredients

    Juice of 1 Large Orange
    1 Banana
    0.5 Cup of Low Fat Plain Yogurt
    2/3Cup of Low Fat Milk
    1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Juice the orange. Cut up the banana and put every thing in the blender. Blend, Serve, Enjoy :)
