2 tbsp Olive Oil 6 oz Chicken Breast, chopped 4 oz Turkey Smoked Sausage, sliced 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 tbsp Red Pepper 1 cup stewed tomatos 1 cup Rice 1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth 3 oz Shrimp
Cook onions, celery, garlic, chicken, and sausage in olive oil. Add pepper, tomatoes, chicken broth and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until most of water is absorbed. Add shrimp and continue cooking until shrimp is cooked through (about 3 minutes). Makes 4 servings.
