Roo's Low Carb Breakfast Tortilla

Ingredients

    1 low carb tortilla
    1/2 cup salad / lettuce / spinach raw
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    1 slice canadian bacon, diced
    3 Tablespoon salsa

Directions

Top tortilla with salad and salsa. Scramble egg, and when 1/2 way done, add cheese and Canadian bacon. Place on top of tortilla, roll up and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 1 burrito
