Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 tea bag of Chamomile Tea
    2 tsp honey


Tips

add milk if you like to help keep blood sugars dropping before the morning comes


Directions

microwave cup of water for 1 minute
place tea bag in cup
let steep for 3 minutes
remove tea bag
add 2 teaspoons of honey
