Ingredients

15-oz can of black beans (drained)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Tips
The ADA says this is 93 calories per serving. Spark has it at 157. I don't know where the difference is.
Directions
Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl. Lat stand for at least 15 minutes for flavors to meld. This salad can be covered with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for up to 8 hours.
