Momma Febe's Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

    1.75 cups Flour-Self Rising flour
    4 eggs
    4-5 chicken thighs
    Chicken broth - 5 cups

Tips

Don't stir the noodles LIFT THEM!!!


Directions

1. Put Chicken thighs in water and add bullion cube and cook
2. Put flour in bowl and make a hole in the middle.
3. Add Eggs and and blend.
Roll out dough and cut small 1/8 inch wide strips smaller.
4. Let Dry and add to the broth and continue cooking while pulling the chicken off the bone.
