Turkey Mac n Cheese




Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cup whole wheat macaroni
    1 cup each yellow and green peppers
    1 Tbsp oil
    3 cup onions
    2 tsp. garlic
    20 oz ground turkey
    2/3 c. unsweetened almond milk
    3 cup Mexican style Four Cheese w/2% milk

Directions

Saute onions, garlic, and peppers in oil; remove. Cook ground turkey and return veggies. Add milk and cheese and cook 5-10 min more. Add seasonings of your choice (I added lemon pepper, garlic salt, and Italian seasonings.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
