If you ever had trouble eating breakfast in the morning, this will cure it.
1 cup steel-cut oats, dry
3 cups Almond milk (plain, unsweetened)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp slivered almonds
2 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
2 tiny drops of vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)
I Make these Sunday night, then enjoy them throughout the week for breakfast -- I like to add fresh strawberries or raspberries and a dollop of plain greek yogurt to mine.
Add almonds, coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Chill in the fridge and enjoy for up to 5 days.
