Shrimp pattie

Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 1 lb (Peeled and deveined and chopped)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/3 cup Fat free Mayonnaise
    1 TBSP chives
    2 TBSP Olive oil
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Tips

Add a sprinkling of bread crumbs before cooking.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together except oil.Make into patties. Set in Fridge to set for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Cook 4 minutes each side.

Serving Size: Makes 8 patties
