Balsamic Roasted Potatoes

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 2 inch pieces
    6 Tbsp. Kraft Light Balsamic Dressing

Directions

Toss potatoes and dressing until potatoes are well coated. Spray cookie sheet or other large, flat pan with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in single layer. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
