Homemade baked "pancakes"

Introduction

Ingredients

    flour
    milk
    eggs
    butter
    salt
    vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 13 by 9 inch cake pan or pyrex cake pan, melt 1/2 stick butter. Mix flour and eggs, salt, and vanilla extract. Slowly add milk. Pour batter into hot pan with melted butter and cook until golden brown. Great with fruit, syrup, whatever you'd serve pancake or French toast with.
