Judy's flax biscotti

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of water
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 tablespoon of baking powder
    5 eggs beaten together well
    2 cups of flax seed meal
    1 cup each, chopped pecans, sunflower seeds, raisins, sliced almonds

Directions

Beat eggs first, combine with the rest of the ingredients except for almonds. Pour batter into a wide 9x13 pan and cover top with the sliced almonds.
Bake at 350F for 30 min. Remove cut into 16 bars and place onto a cookie sheet. Bake again for 10 min longer . Turn oven off. Let cool in oven.
