Beef & Pork stir fry

Introduction
















Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 oz cooked Beef(t-bone)cut thin
    3 oz cooked Pork ( sirloin)cut thin
    2 C Mixed frozen veggies ( What ever you like)
    1C Fresh Mushrooms
    2 cloves Garlic
    1/2 C chopped onions
    1/2 C peppers
    3 T stir fry sauce (Kikkoman)
    2 T Brown sugar
    2 T olive oil
    2 T Margarine

Directions

Heat up oil & margarine in wok
Add garlic, onion, pepper cook 2 minutes season with salt & pepper
Add mushrooms & frozen vegetables cook until tender
Add meat until warm
Add stir fry sauce and brown sugar Heat
Plate & Enjoy!!!
