Ingredients

2 - Ataulfo (Champagne) Mangos
1 c- Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped
1 - Avocado without skin and seed, diced
1/2 c - Onion, raw,
1 oz -Lime Juice
1 tsp - cilantro paste
Tips
Because these types of mangos can be a little bitter, instead of lime juice try something a little sweeter like oarnge or apple juice. Taste a sample of your mango before you decide, you might like the bitterness, everyone's taste buds are different!
Directions
1. Peel mangos, remove pit & chop flesh
2. Dice tomatoe
3. Slice avocado in half, remove seed/pit. dice flesh
4. chop onion
5. Combine all indredients in large bowl & cover
6. Shake bowl so all ingredients are combined well, then place in fridge for 10 minutes to chill
7. Enjoy!
