Ingredients

    1 package ground turkey
    1 cup egg substitute
    2 cups dry oatmeal
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 T chopped dry onions
    1 T chopped dry garlic
    1 t salt

Mix ingredients together. Scoop out (using 1/2 cup measjuring cup) on to cookie sheet (sprayed). Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 350
