Smoked Garlic Kale Chips

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups/1 bunch of dry kale, Broken into pieces
    Salt
    1tbsp EVOO
    1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
    1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Directions

Dry Kale completely. Break into bite sized pieces, place in bowl. Massage EVOO into kale and place in oven for 12-15 minutes at 350. Take out when the Kale is crispy, but not completely brown. Sprinkle with spice mixture.

Serving Size: roughly 8 servings 1/4 c each
