    *Old El Paso Taco Sauce Medium, 8 tbsp
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.4 cup to 1/2 cup
    Ole higher Fiber low carb tortilla, 6 serving _makes medium thick enchilladas
    Las Palmas Enchilida Suace, 12 oz
    *Beans - refried, La Preferida Refried Beans Fat Free, 0.5 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 lb or 2 breasts


Take chicken breast about 1.5 to 2, put with salsa and a little bit of no fat low sodium broth in a crock pot for 4 hours high to become shredded/ spray large casserole pan with Pam.
In a bowl combine about 10 oz of enchillada sauce and taco sauce with the shredded chicken. (drain chicken first from crockpot and shred with a fork
Take each tortilla, place a large table spoon of refried beans, add a good portion of chicken, the a layer of cheese and roll up and place in the pan, you can add veggies black beans onions, etc.
Once all in the pan, pour remaider sauce over the top with remainder cheese and back at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or less.
