Introduction

Made a double batch of the BHG cornbread and cut down their muffin size... Made a double batch of the BHG cornbread and cut down their muffin size...
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2 cup
    Yellow Cornmeal, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 12 tsp
    Baking Powder, 5 tsp
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 extra large
    *Coconut Milk "Silk" original, 2 cup
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup

Directions

Mix together ingredients.
Put 1/4 cup of cornbread mix into greased muffin cups.
Bake for 15 minutes
Cool on a rack.

Serving Size: Makes about 36 muffins
