Spinach, Brown Rice, & Turkey Sausage Stuffed Bell Peppers

Introduction

Delicious meal in it's own package :) Delicious meal in it's own package :)
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 Bell Peppers
    1/2 Small Onion, chopped
    1 Cup Spinach, chopped
    1/4 Cup Mozzarella
    3 Turkey Sausage, chopped (the long kind not breakfast)
    1 Cup Brown Rice
    1 tbsp Cumin
    1 tbsp Chili Pepper

Directions

Cook Rice until completely done, drain water
Then add in:
Onion
Spinach
Mozzarella
Turkey Sausage
Cumin
Chili Powder

Combine all ingredients

Cut off tops and core peppers, stuff with mixture

Cook in oven uncovered 25 minutes, then cover and cook for 15 more minutes or until pepper is tender

Enjoy!!!
