Chobani Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
    1/2 cup plain Chobani yogurt
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    4 tsp italian bread crumbs
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
Mix together yogurt and parmesan cheese.
Spread yogurt mixture evenly over top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle italian bread crumbs evenly over coated chicken.

Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.



Serving Size: makes 4 (4 oz) chicken breasts
