Ingredients

    Dave's Killer Bread - Good Seed Light, 2 slices
    Granny smith apple, 0.5 apple
    Sharp Cheddar, 2 tbsp
    Pecorino Romano, 2 tbsp


Tips

Try different apple + cheese combos!


Directions

In a pan on medium, cook apple slices in margerine (or butter), stirring frequently, for 5 min. Remove and reserve. Add a slice of bread and layer cheese and apples. Top with the other slice and cook flipping twice, until cheese is melted and bread toasted.
