Blondie Bars

Ingredients

    1 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 C Evaporated Cane Juice (could use artificial sweetener)
    2 tsp baking soda
    8 TBSP (maybe 1/3 cup) mini chocolate chips, divided
    1.5 C Vanilla protein powder (I used GNC mass gainer, vanilla cake batter)

    4 large egg whites
    2 C applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 C nonfat or soy milk
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, except 2 TBSP chocolate chips.
Mix wet ingredients
Mix together slowly
Pour into 2 baking pans (I used an 8x8 & a 9x13)
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until fork comes out clean.

Serving Size: 40 2in pieces
