Introduction

This is my mother's recipe. It is really quick and best fried the next day in a little butter. This is my mother's recipe. It is really quick and best fried the next day in a little butter.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz box Barilla Plus Rotini
    10 oz 93/7% ground turkey
    4oz can mushroom (pieces and stems)
    28 oz can Tomato, diced, with Italian seasonings
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cook ground turkey in pan an crumbled into small pieces. Drain
Add tomatoes and mushrooms
Cook pasta per box directions and drain
Put pasta back in pot used for boiling and add turkey mixture.
Mix throughly
Serve with parmesan cheese

Serving Size: makes approximately 6 1 cup servings
