Ingredients

2 links - Italian Turkey Sausage (Hot)
6 Chicken cutlets (or breasts pounded thin)
garlic powder
Mrs. Dash rotisserie seasoning (or preferred seasoning)
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Tips
Serve with fresh vegetables for an extra healthy dinner!
This amount can be reduced or increased. About 1 link is needed for every 3 chicken breasts. Adjust accordingly and enjoy!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Pound chicken thin if cutlets not purchased
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice.
Lightly cut lengthwise into turkey sausage to open and remove casing.
Divide sausage meat into 3 even pieces and place one in each cutlet and roll up. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Place chicken rolls onto a baking sheet (or aluminum foil wrapped sheet), spray baking sheet and chicken, and bake for 30 minutes or until the juices run clear in the chicken.
Serving Size: Makes 6 breasts, 1 per serving
