Popcorn Broccoli

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Light Spread with Flax Oil
    2 or 3 cups of broccoli florets
    1 Tbsp Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
    Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
    Butter spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut fresh broccoli so you only have the spears. Put in a bowl and pour melted spread, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper to taste.
Place broccoli on a cookie pan coated with butter spray (I put reynald's wrap and then sprayed, easier clean up). Bake for 15 minutes. Turn Broccoli and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes until florets nicely crisped.
Yuuuuummmmmmmm!!!!

Serving Size: 2 one cup servings (depends on how big the broccoli head is)
