Low Carb Chicken Salad on Romaine Leaves

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large cans of chicken, drained and flaked
    3 Tblsp real mayo
    1 Tblsp McCormick Grillmates seasoning(your choice)
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    2 Romaine leaves, rinsed and pat dry


Directions

Drain both cans of chicken, dump into medium bowl. Flake with fork. Stir in mayo and favorite McCormick seasoning.

To plate:

Rinse and pat dry to Romaine lettuce leaves.
Take about 2 tablespoonfuls of chicken salad and half the shredded cheese. Roll up and enjoy!
