Min's Chicken Noodle Soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    10 c water
    1 c shredded carrots
    2 med celery stalks chopped
    2 tbl diced onions
    3 tbl chicken soup base
    1 1/2 c chopped cooked chicken
    12 oz. fine egg noodles

Directions

In a dutch oven add water, carrots, celery, onions, chicken and soup base. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 2o minutes until vegetables are soft. Return to high heat and bring to a boil. Add the noddles and cook 5-6 minutes until noodles are tender.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings 1 1/2 cup each
