Introduction

My own version of turkey meatloaf muffins! My own version of turkey meatloaf muffins!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Egg white, 2 serving
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (1 lb)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    *Seasoning - Seasoned Salt, 3 tsp
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 3 tsp
    *Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 9 tbsp

Directions

Spray muffin pan. Mix all ingredients together (except the bbq sauce) and fill muffin cups with mixture. Mixture will fit into 9 muffin cups rounded at the top. layer one tblsp of the bbq sauce on each muffin) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. enjoy!
