20 oz 99/1 Ground Turkey 1 cup Onions chopped 1 cup Carrots chopped 1 cup frozen Peas 1 clove Garlic crushed 1 can 98% Fat Free Cond. Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 sheet Puff Pastry 2 small Potatoes diced 4 medium Mushrooms sliced 3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley 1 1/3 cup lite reduced sodium fat free Chicken Broth 3 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Salt & Pepper to taste
Boil potatoes and carrots until fork tender. While they are boiling saute the turkey, onion, celery, garlic and mushrooms until done. Add the broth, potatoes, carrots and peas bring to a simmer and add the soup and cheese wedges. Simmer until cheese is melted, add parsley and shut off burner. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 even pieces and bake according to pkg directions. Cool and split top from bottom. Place bottom in a bowl, ladle turkey vegetable mixture over it and put the top on and enjoy.
