Introduction

This is a delicious veggie dish for serving Fish or chicken on top of! This is a delicious veggie dish for serving Fish or chicken on top of!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bunch of kale
    3 Roma Tomatoes
    Lemon pepper
    Ground pepper
    Salt
    3tbsp Chopped Chives
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves of Garlic

Directions

Dice garlic and chives. Sauté in frying pan with EVOO on mid-high heat. Shred and Add Kale and tomatoes. Cook 10-15 minutes. Season and serve.
