Urad dal - 1 cup
Idli Rice - 2 cups
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Poha - 1/2 cup
Add 1 tsp salt to the batter and Ferment for 6-9 hours. the dough should almost double..then steam small portions in the idli plate for 15 min.
Serving Size: makes 36 medium sized idlis
