Oopsie Roll with flax

    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    3 tablespoons fat free plain Greek yogurt
    2 Tbsp flax seed, ground
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Separate eggs. Use electric mixer and beat egg whites, with cream of tartar until still. Mix other ingredients together and gently fold into egg whites.

Make 6 piles on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 40 minutes. Store in a sealed container in fridge.
