Ingredients

    1/2 frozen banana
    4 frozen strawberries
    2 tbsp ground flax seed meal
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 large handful fresh kale
    1 1/2 c rice milk

Directions


Serving Size: makes 1 smoothie
