    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Bread Crumbs- low-carb (LC Foods), 0.25 cup
    Syrup, Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free, 0.25 cup
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .5 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the cashews into a food processor. Chop the cashews into the same consistency as the bread crumbs. Mix cashews and bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Put the syrup into a bowl. Put the chicken into the syrup, coating both sides completely. Put the chicken into the cashews and breadcrumb mixture. Coat each side completely.
Lay the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Coat the rest of the chicken pieces. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, or until all of the chicken is cooked through.
