    1/8th cup of crumbled feta cheese
    2 tbspn Romano cheese
    1/8th Teaspn olive oil
    I head of escarole greens (like romano lettuce)

Directions

put all into a cooking pot and gently bring to the boil. Serve before it gets stringy!
