Stir Fry Vegetables 2 pts

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp ginger
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup cornstarch

Directions

Heat oil in frypan or wok. Add crushed garlic clove and ginger. Add carrots, cauliflower and simmer until tender, add broccoli and pepper and bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add to vegetables and stir until sauce thickens.

Adding 3 oz of chicken breast to this recipe will raise the calories by approx 20 calories per serving.
Serve over rice or eat as is.
