Introduction

add a vegetable cube to the water add a vegetable cube to the water

Ingredients

    10oz bag frozen veg
    1 can chick peas
    3 cups dry whole wheat pasta (spaghetti or whatever)
    Water

Directions

add all together and bring to the boil - ensure the veg are cooked and the pasta is soft - 2 small scoops equals one serving.

Enough for 12 servings.
