Ingredients

    Pineapple, fresh, 1 fruit
    Strawberries, fresh, 6 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    *Splenda, 12 tsp
    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 4 cup
    Water, tap, 8 cup

Tips

you can use any fruit instread of pineapple, I love it with pumpkin, then I add (3T) pumpkin pie spice


Directions

core pineapple and blend with strawberries on low for 45 sec.Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir together. Cook on low for 6 hours stirring occasionally.

Divide into one cup servings and freeze.

Serving Size: makes 13 cups
