Quick Chick N Potato Crockpot

Introduction

Slice potatoes, line crockpot. Top with chicken breasts. Pour in cream of mush soup (preheated with .5 can water) on top. Cover and cook on high for six hours. Stir in seasoning 3 hours in. Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    1 large russett potato
    1 large sweet potato
    Can of Cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 tsp salt
    2 tsp new orleans seasoning

Tips

Cut up chicken before serving. Use low sodium soup mix. Sub New Orleans Seasoning for seasoning of your choice. Add pepper if desired.


Directions

Crockpot on high for 5 hours.
